I'M DEDICATED TO HELPING REDUCE THE MATERNAL DEATH RATE IN THE US & WORLDWIDE - THAT'S WHY I CREATED A TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR WOMEN TO HAVE A HEALTHY & PEACEFUL START TO MOTHERHOOD
The maternal death rate is steadily climbing in developed and developing nations, that's why we created a comprehensive training program to help you become a health coach/educator in your own community. Learn how to help women transition into motherhood by preparing their bodies, and creating a space of calm, confidence and love. You'll teach women how to establish routines that prioritize their mental and physical health, baby's needs, and a holistic lifestyle. Learn to educate women on reducing their risk for pregnancy complications and preterm birth; and zero-in on issues such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, obesity and malnutriton. We prepare you from a Christian standpoint, to become a holistic health coach and an in-demand postpartam doula.

POSTPARTUM DOULA TRAINING
A postpartum doula assists mother once her baby has been born. She educates mother on womb and cesarean healing, nursing and feeding, baby cues, baby care, and self-care. She ensures the new mother doesn’t over-exert herself and often takes on household tasks – including baby care, mother care, and healthy meal preparation – to ensure that mother heals well physically and emotionally. She is also an advocate for mom and is often one of the first people to pick up on signs of postpartum depression or Baby Blues.
Our in-house marketing team helps new and established doulas reach clients with cohesive and beautiful messaging. We teach you how to setup a profitable business, and provide you with the resources to get started.
If reaching as many mothers as possible is your goal, we also provide back-office support so you can focus on providing the best care for your clients.
"It was easy the way she set everything up for me to learn how to cook new foods, learn how to get all of my nutrients, learn how to pair different foods with certain foods, and just make it easy for me to stay on my meal prep. My favorite part is how I feel - I feel energized, I feel happy, I don't feel hungry, I don't feel like my cravings are kicking in like they normally do."
