As a holistic health practitioner, I guide women into shifting their mindset to receive. When I became plant-based over 8 years ago (when my youngest was 3 months old) I struggled with finding meals to keep everyone satisfied. So, I decided to stick with the foods I knew - making them healthier and finding ways to curb the meat "cravings." I learned that craving meat was part of our lower nature and experimented with foods that helped with natural balance.
In a short period of time I noticed pockets of fat that I had a hard time getting rid of melted away!
