Bi-weekly Live Group Workouts from Certified Personal Trainer & Dancer

Hi Beauties, I'm J'rai Hammonds of Get Up & GLO Fitness!

I've designed a workout plan for all fitness levels, so no matter where you are on your journey, you're guaranteed to burn.  By combining nutrition with exercise, you'll maximize your weight loss during this 4-week intensive.

Each Monday, at 7:30pm EST we'll meet for our GLO workouts for 1 hour (resistance band level of choice included in purchase). Meet up with like-minded women via Zoom, in an intimate setting. Explore your range of motion with drop sets, super sets, negatives, range of motion, new exercises, and tempo changes.

On Wednesdays, get ready for 1 hour of Stretch Therapy - a relaxing environment designed to help increase your flexibility, and create time and space for rejuvenation.

Besides our bi-weekly group workouts, your workbook includes a daily plan (rest days on Saturday) to guarantee your results. You'll also find recorded workout sessions in our private Facebook group for extra guidance.

What you can expect...

Once you register and pay, you'll be taken to a link where you can download the Guided Workbook. Print it, familiarize yourself with all the pages, and carry it next to your person like your health depends on it. Because it does!

  • You will need a juicer and a blender and will use one nearly every day.

  • You will receive an invite to our private FB Group "Beauty Boot Camp." The private group will be your central hub, with daily posts, reminders, and motivation from other Boot Camp Beauties.

  • Live workouts will be hosted by J'rai of Get Up & Glo Fitness each Monday & Wednesday.

  • Live accountability check-ins and instructions will be Sundays at 8:00am CST.

  • Our first meeting will be Sunday, May 8 at 8:00 -8:45am CST.
