Hey Beauty! I'm so glad you've decided to continue in Beauty Boot Camp. I'm glad you've decided to continue pursuing optimal health and you've chosen to remain a part of our budding sisterhood!
This time around, I want you to remember that it's all about you! Don't get sidetracked by anyone else's numbers or goals. Consider this Beauty Boot Camp 2.0 where you are pushing yourself harder and farther than you did the last time. For the next 4 weeks I want you to:

Take stock of your body cues and follow them

Set a weekly goal for your water intake

Aim for 2 LIVE workouts per week (you can do the rest on demand or on your own schedule)

Encourage the new members as they arrive by posting photos of your food, helpful tips and your daily wins.
To help you get the most out of Beauty Boot Camp 2.0, I'd like to talk 1-on-1 with you to help you get a realistic assessment of where you are right now, and craft a plan to get you where you want to be. What you can expect...
Once you register and pay, you'll be taken to a link where you can schedule your free consultation with me, Lavi Re'. Schedule your consult within the next 7 days.

You will receive a new, weekly meal plan for the month. The shopping list and benefits will be discussed at our next Zoom meeting (however, you can begin the new meal immediately).

You will remain in the private Facebook and Telegram groups. The private group will be your central hub, with daily posts, reminders, and motivation from other Boot Camp Beauties.

Workouts will continue on Zoom (everyday except Sat & Wed). Please RSVP/send a message if you will be attending.

Live accountability check-ins and instructions will be 2x/month, on Sundays at 7:15am CST. You will receive a reminder email the day before the call.

We will use the same workbook. Swap out your meal plan page and keep track of your progress.
