HOW IT WORKS:
Each week you meet with Lavi Re' for you personal coaching session where we review your goals, 8-Key Lifestyle Points and create a plan for the week.
You recieve a shopping list and recipes for the week designed to help you improve your health condition and/or lose weight - depending on your goal.
Virtual cooking classes are held live, each Sunday at 4:00pm CST where we prep a dish together. During the cooking session you'll learn more about how nutrition affects your health, you'll be able to ask pressing questions, plus learn and encourage the other group members along the way.
Maximize your weight loss with virtual group workouts twice per week. If you can't make the live session, you have unlimited access to recorded workouts, so you can exercise at your own pace, while still prioritizing your health.
