Feminine Weight Loss is a 90-day coaching program where you will meet with your health coach each week to gain all the tools and resources needed to reach your goals. Will you tell me what to eat?
If you have a chronic disease to improve, your coach will help you create a meal plan based on your health condition. For weight loss, we have structured menus as well as meal guidelines to help you reach your goals. We will work with you to create plans that fit your evolving lifestyle.
Will I be tracking my macros and calories throughout the program?
Our program is designed to teach you how your body interacts with food, and which foods are best for reaching and sustaining your health goals.
